Surprisingly good especially for the relatively low price point. Went for lunch with a buddy. Ordered the sashimi and beef teriyaki bento box which included 3 or 4 pieces of salmon and tuna sashimi, small salad, couple of orange quarters, 2 prawn tempura and 2 vegetable tempura, for just over $13. Also had an order of toro sashimi for $10 for 6 pieces. Everything was excellent. Toro was outstanding, though pieces were quite thin. The room is not great however as it is in a basement and quite small with spartan furnishings. The rent savings are definitely passed on to the customer. Service was quick and polite in cafeteria style ordering procedure. Looks like most people take out here given the less than spectacular ambiance. I would definitely return though. Excellent value!

This spot is a diamond in the rough. The sushi is delicious and priced well. I would recommend staying to the sushi and main entrees. I tried two sides-the gyoza and edamame. I very underwhelmed by the sides. Both were a bit over cooked. If you're going to stop by for a bite, make sure it's M-F. They are closed on the weekends.

I got the yam roll box to go because I was not that hungry. It was okay. But I have had better yam rolls. It was not rolled tight. It was not that expensive and I wouldn't say surely it was not good.

I've eaten here a couple times since I work nearby. It's really nothing special, but this is one of the closest places to grab a quick lunch. The california and some special rolls are decent, but the scallop roll is super bland, don't recommend ordering that. Service is decent and food is prepped fast, no complaints on that end. Quite the lunch rush on weekdays so if you don't want to wait I'd suggest eating earlier/later or getting takeout.

Unreal. 25 min for complete crap, no miso soup left (it was 12:15), no soya sauce or chop stix. Complete joke, worst service and food I've ever eaten. Disgrace to Vancouver
